Welcome to the Student Housing Information Resource

The Student Housing Information is an interactive website created as a quick reference for developers. Because students typically want to live near campus, we have provided an interactive mapping program that shows the locations of over 750 public and private universities. A developer can use the information provided to investigate a site’s distance from campus and its proximity to other schools in the area, as well as the distance to local services, such as public bus stops and grocery stores.


All universities with enrollments of over 3,000 total students have been included (some schools with lower enrollments have also been included). Our interactive Student Housing Information website includes:

  • 10- and 20-minute drive times
  • 5- and 10-mile radial distances
